Peels formed in 1997, as a side project for Dan Gober. Getting back to his rock n' roll roots. Experimenting with songs and sounds. Styles range from rock, experimental to folk. Recording seven albums in four years. Peels has gone on to become a
"song bin" for Gober. "Pieces of music that do not work well with TV heroes or ennui have gone on to become great peels tunes", says Gober. Cataloging over some hundred songs. Peels is still very much an active project. |
